Apple to launch two versions of the iPhone 8 in the year 2017, although according to analyst Ming-Chi Kuo from KGI Securities, Apple may actually launch three different versions of iPhones.
There will apparently be a 4.7 inch version of the iPhone 8 that will’be coming with an LCD display, there will also be a 5.5 inch version of the iPhone with an LCD display.
Everyone is looking for the new 2017 F iPhones to come in three different models: one OLED model, and two TFT-LCD models with 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch display. It is believed that the OLED and 5.5-inch TFT-LCD iPhones will’be featuring a dual-camera.
Based on this analyse and prediction, the forecast of dual camera adoption rate in new 2017 F iPhone models is revised up from 30-40% to 65-75% apparently.
The analysts view this increase as favoring Largan’s sales and profit momentum as it is the exclusive supplier of wide-angle and telephoto lens. It also bodes well for Apple’s dual camera software ecosystem.
The third model of 2017 iPhone will apparently come with a 5.5 inch OLED display, this would apparently be the most expensive model of the three iPhone handsets.
It is expected a lot more of these rumors by the time Apple announced next years iPhone which will probably be some time in September 2017.
